After moving back from New York and settling into their new home in San Marcos, Akiko and Gene were eager to make some upgrades—starting with their bathrooms. They had a clear vision: a modern, stepless shower. But after speaking with several contractors, they were told it couldn’t be done due to their existing floor structure. That’s when they found us. We assured them it was absolutely possible—and then we made it happen.

Full renovation including a stepless shower, vanity area, toilet room, and master closet. The bathroom was equipped with an in-floor heating system programmable by the client. Work included demolition, plumbing, tiling, and smart system integration.
